Respace Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes and discloses this policy regarding the processing of Customer Journey Data collected through various forms (inquiries, consultations, project requests, document downloads, etc.) on its website, in accordance with Article 30 of the "Personal Information Protection Act."
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes collected customer journey data for the following purposes. If the purpose of use changes, we will obtain prior consent.
- Processing Service Inquiries & Project Requests: Handling consultations and requests for quotations.
- Material Downloads: Providing brochures, company profiles, and other downloadable resources.
- Marketing & Newsletters: Sending newsletters and providing customized marketing information.
- Customer Journey Analysis: Analyzing service usage patterns to optimize user experience and plan new services.

4. Entrustment and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
- For stable service delivery and data management, the Company entrusts personal information processing as follows. Due to the nature of cloud services, data may be stored on overseas servers.
- Current Status of Overseas Transfer and Entrustment:

- Purpose of Transfer: Cloud database operation and data management.
- Items Transferred: All information entered in forms (Name, Email, Contact, Company, etc.).
- Country and Retention Period: USA / Until the end of the entrustment contract or user request.
② Service Provider: Vercel
- Purpose of Transfer: Web hosting and system server management.
- Items Transferred: Access logs, service usage records, device information.
- Country and Retention Period: USA / Until the end of the entrustment contract or user request.
- Method of Transfer: Real-time transmission via information and communications networks at the time of service use.
- Opt-out Method: Users may refuse the overseas transfer of their data by contacting the Chief Privacy Officer. However, in such cases, access to services or consultation requests may be limited.
