What services does Respace provide?

Respace provides three main services: pop-up stores, events, and design.

  • Pop-up Stores: Planning, spatial direction, VMD, interior design, and operations
  • Events: BTL, Brand Activation, Brand Experience, offline promotions, corporate events, conferences and forums, festivals, and performances

What does Respace handle for a pop-up store?

We handle the entire pop-up store process, from planning and design to construction, operations, and dismantling.

Our in-house visual and spatial designers work alongside event planners as one team, providing an All-in-One service that connects spatial planning, design, production, construction, and on-site operations.

Can I hire Respace for only part of a project?

Yes. Depending on the scope of an offline event or project, you can hire us for specific stages of the process.

However, Respace primarily works through an All-in-One approach, connecting spatial planning, design, production and construction, and operations within one project team.

Do you also handle on-site operations and management?

Yes. We manage program operations and on-site execution as part of our service.

For the POP MART Winter Village pop-up store at FACTORIAL SEONGSU (Olive Young N Seongsu) in December 2025, Respace managed the project end-to-end, including event planning, spatial direction, program operations, logistics, and on-site management.

Do you organize corporate and year-end events?

Yes. We organize a wide range of corporate events, including corporate invitation events, conferences, and networking events.

Our services can cover everything from Event Planning and spatial setup to program development and Event Operations, depending on the needs of the project.

Does Respace work on international brand projects?

Yes. We work on global brand projects as well as projects in international markets.

Our team includes staff who can communicate in English and Japanese. Our international projects include the 2025 HYBE MUSIC GROUP AUDITION POP-UP in Shibuya, Tokyo, and the 2025 BIGHIT MUSIC GLOBAL AUDITION IN THAILAND in Bangkok.

Our website is available in Korean, English, and Japanese.

What should I look for when choosing a pop-up store agency?

When choosing a Pop-up Store Agency or Event Agency, it is important to look beyond the final design or construction results and consider whether the agency can reliably manage the entire project from planning through on-site operations.

Respace recommends considering these seven criteria:

  1. Pop-up store and event references relevant to your brand and objectives
  2. A dedicated project task force
  3. A system for managing and resolving project variables
  4. On-site staff and response guidelines
  5. Industry-specific expertise
  6. A reliable execution system
  7. A balance of brand context and operational stability

Cost & Timeline

How is the project cost determined?

Project costs vary depending on factors such as space size, operating period, the scope of construction and production, and the number of on-site staff required.

We do not have a fixed price list. Instead, we provide project-based estimates based on the specific requirements of each project.

Share your brand objectives, preferred schedule, and expected project scale, and we can provide an estimate tailored to your project.

How much lead time do I need?

The preparation period depends on the scale and scope of the project, but we generally recommend allowing at least 6–8 weeks.

For projects involving construction or production, we work backward from the opening date to schedule design finalization, production, construction, and other key stages.

If you already have a target opening date, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
