RESPACE to Host its Largest Fashion Fair, ‘What We Wear’
RESPACE (CEO Dong-in Yeo) will host 'WHATWEWEAR' and 'Dear Market'—fashion fair events targeting the 10-20 age group—on December 1st and 2nd at the Dongdaemun DDP Art Hall 2.
'What We Wear' is a fashion fair primarily featuring online shopping malls. 'Dear Market,' known for drawing long lines every year, is an event where unique and high-quality designer brands gather to sell season-off items and new products at discounted prices. This edition of Dear Market features 22 teams gaining popularity online, including DIAGONAL, oioi, Awesome Needs, The Gobo, Nuissue, and 13MONTH. The major draw is the ability for customers to try on items from popular brands and interact with them directly.
This year's 'What We Wear' marks the largest scale in the event's history. It features 8 online malls (such as Black Up, Urban Powder, Gyul Factory, Femme Muse, Blan, and Juny), 21 designer brands (including Fennec, Reorg, and Socks Appeal), 7 influencers including models Go So-hyun and Narae, and over 60 teams selling handmade fruit syrups and desserts. A wide variety of free gifts have also been prepared for customers.
Meanwhile, RESPACE is a creator-led enterprise that plans unique content under the slogan, "We create the culture we want." Its main business is divided into self-planned events like 'What We Wear' and agency services, both of which consistently target the young 10-30 demographic.
Recently, the company has expanded beyond events by opening a pub called ‘BALL.WORK.BEER’ in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul. This space actively operates various contents such as curated exhibitions and 'One Table Day' (a cultural salon).
