useong-gu Conducts Employee Training for Online Event Planning
On the 6th, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, held an ‘Online Event Planning Course’ in the district office conference hall to strengthen the digital administrative capabilities of its employees. This training was initiated to provide residents with various administrative services suitable for the digital environment, as various events, meetings, and training sessions have transitioned to online formats due to the normalization of non-face-to-face interactions.
The session was led by Dong-in Yeo, CEO of RESPACE, a specialized cultural content planning company. He explained topics such as: Concepts and types of online content. Planning methods utilizing online platforms. Case studies of domestic and international online content utilization. Since last August, Yuseong-gu has conducted three related training sessions to improve employees' digital literacy. Additionally, the district is striving to cultivate a digital mindset among staff by sharing '3-Minute Digital,' a bi-monthly digital magazine, through the internal administrative bulletin board.
Jeong Yong-rae, head of Yuseong-gu District, stated, "The rapid digitalization has brought many changes to our district's administrative services, which may present difficulties for our employees. We will continue to strengthen the digital job competencies of our staff to provide high-quality services to our residents."
