CUEREN BAZAAR 2026

Utilizing the large-scale space (approx. 1,000 pyeong) of DDP Art Hall 1, we successfully completed a massive pop-up project that systematically accommodated a high-density crowd of up to 5,000 people per day. Considering the nature of the event where 'open runs' occur, we maximized on-site efficiency by designing a one-flow traffic line leading from waiting to payment and exit, along with a sophisticated operational manual for each session. This is a case study of proposing a high-sensitivity purchasing journey where visitors can experience the premium value of the brand beyond a simple bazaar.
