PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Hwahae Beauty Travel was planned with an airport arrival/departure concept under the theme of 'A journey to find cosmetic ingredients that suit me.' We converted core functions of the Hwahae app into experiential programs to provide an organic connection between the brand and customers. We designed the customer experience following the flow of airport procedures, from skin condition diagnosis to moving to recommended brand gates and product exploration. Through this, visitors could naturally explore cosmetics optimized for them and experience the value of the Hwahae brand. It was a successful plan that effectively highlighted Hwahae's strength in providing customized beauty solutions based on ingredients.
