H&M 2024 EOY PARTY

We held an in-house year-end party to celebrate H&M's 2024 achievements and promote harmony among employees. We organized catering using red as the main color and were overall responsible for entry management. We invited a dance team for a dance challenge and conducted performances on stage, and operated a mirror photo zone to increase employee participation and sense of belonging. We ensured smooth event operation through entry - mingling - dance challenge - main party flow guidance and headcount checks, and increased convenience and satisfaction with coat check services and gift providing.
