PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Nike Onboarding Training is a team-building program conducted for Nike employees at Daejeon, Gyoha, Doota, and Songdo stores. We planned and operated various team-building activity programs, ranging from team formation to time attacks, representative matches, team matches, and allied battles, as well as practical programs such as team communication CX/CS sessions and product customization. Through various programs, we provided Nike employees with an opportunity to remind them of the brand mission and increase their sense of community.
