We managed the space configuration and operation of the second DOUGURI pop-up store under the concept of 'Junior Employee Orientation.' By allowing visitors to learn everything about DOUGURI's office work, from product planning to factory practice, we structured it so they could immerse themselves in DOUGURI's worldview, stimulating the fandom of both existing fans and general visitors.
