PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We comprehensively planned and managed an interactive, audience-participatory promotion that seamlessly integrated the movie's IP universe with the live concert experience. By organizing a stamp rally where attendees searched for 'Horcruxes' hidden throughout the venue, we effectively expanded visitor flow. Additionally, we introduced a social media-linked 'Costume Media Wall' to boost real-time content sharing and on-site engagement. Through storytelling-driven event designs that maximized immersion before and after the performance, we significantly enhanced the overall value of the offline brand experience.
