The first domestic pop-up store for Japanese artist SnowMan

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The SnowMan Seongsu pop-up store was the first domestic pop-up for Japanese artist SnowMan, held at xyz Seongsu. We established a branding identity by designing the overall pop-up mood with key visuals in the shape of a snowman. We composed diverse programs such as member exhibitions, Oshi tests, and DIY key rings so that both existing fandoms and new customers can enjoy. We added on-site fun with bead ice cream and large LED message walls, creating a huge buzz on SNS. QR AR filters reflected the artist's identity, adding to the specialness of the pop-up and leading to high customer satisfaction. Through this pop-up, we contributed to successful fandom communication and brand awareness reinforcement.
